Force majeure by the environment
If the holiday apartment cannot be occupied due to unforeseeable environmental influences such as fire or water, the tenant will be refunded 100% of the money already paid. In this special case, the landlord is not obliged to find a replacement apartment.
Liability
The guest is liable for all damage caused by him. The landlord assumes no liability for objects, money and vehicles brought along.
apartment key
The apartment key must not be passed on to outsiders and must be returned upon departure. If you lose the apartment key, we charge € 180!
complaints
Complaints must be reported immediately so that improvements can be made.
